Three of Virginia Cancer Institute’s 20 oncologists and hematologists were recognized in the first annual Bedside Manner Awards presented by OurHealth magazine. Dr. Elke K. Friedman, Dr. James T. May and Dr. David F. Trent were all named in the 2013 Best Bedside Manner Awards, which honors providers who have been voted for by the community.
