Celine Fadel, DO, provides comprehensive, compassionate cancer care at Virginia Cancer Institute’s Hanover location. She treats a broad range of benign and malignant blood disorders and solid tumors, with clinical interests in breast, gastrointestinal, and genitourinary cancers. She values the patient-provider relationship and is committed to treating every patient with empathy, honesty, and respect.
Dr. Fadel is also dedicated to advancing cancer care through research focused on chemotherapy and immunotherapy complications, breast cancer screening, emerging treatments, and equitable access to high-quality care. She has presented at national medical meetings, including the American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Meeting, and contributed to peer-reviewed publications.
She completed her hematology and oncology fellowship at Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center at Virginia Commonwealth University and her internal medicine residency at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Edward Via

Her commitment to patient care, research, and service has earned her multiple honors, including Resident of the Year, Community Engagement, Resident Dedication to Research, and Resident Community Service awards.
Outside the office, Dr. Fadel enjoys coffee, exploring local coffee shops, and spending time with her family at farmers markets, parks, and Richmond’s outdoor spaces. Having grown up near the beach, she also considers time by the water a favorite way to feel at home.
