~Dr. Shobha Nalluri brings a world of experience and a wealth of compassion to
our patients in the Tri-Cities region. Born in Ongole, India, Dr. Nalluri earned
her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Osmania Medical College
in 2002. In 2005, she relocated to State University of New York at Stony Brook
where she completed her internship and residency in internal medicine and her
fellowship in hematology and oncology.
Dr. Nalluri is board certified in internal medicine, hematology and medical
oncology, and she has special interest in solid tumors of the lung and breast as
well as colon cancers, hematology and hematological malignancies. She is an
active member of the American Society of Clinical Oncologists.
Dr. Nalluri sees patients in VCI’s Petersburg and Hopewell offices. When she’s
not working to help patients, she can be found spending time with her children
and husband and enjoying music.
